Our Annual Charity Golf Tournament is Monday, October 24, at Sun City Peachtree in Griffin.
You must submit the form below and payment by October 17
$80 per golfer, $100 after October 17, 2022

Shotgun Start – 9:00 am
Teams of 4
All registrations include a light breakfast from Chick-fil-A of Griffin and a catered box lunch
Title ($1500) – Two teams of 4, hole sponsorships, 8 raffle tickets, 8 mulligans, exclusive headline on all printed advertisements, promotional items in goody bags
Ace ($1000) – Team of 4, sponsorship, 4 raffle tickets, 4 mulligans, promotional items in goody bags
Eagle ($500) – Team of 4, hole sponsorship, promotional items in goody bags
Birdie ($250) – Hole sponsorship, promotional items in goody bags
